How Long Do Mini Dental Implants Last?

In the following video, Brent Bradford, DDS, explains the lifespan you can expect from titanium miniature dental implants.

Mini dental implants, just like conventional implants, are designed to last for a considerable amount of time. Their longevity largely depends on your oral hygiene and care for the implants. It’s essential to maintain the health of the surrounding gum tissue and bone through regular cleaning.

The success rate of mini implants is comparable to that of conventional implants. A twelve-year study from 2000 to 2012, which involved over 6000 mini implants, revealed that single-tooth restorations had a success rate of 97%, and multiple tooth restorations had a success rate of 94%. These statistics demonstrate excellent reliability, making mini implants a viable option for many patients.

We stand behind the efficacy of mini dental implants and invite you to schedule a free consultation with us. We can provide a tailored treatment plan and further discuss the success rates and expectations. Thank you for considering this durable and reliable dental solution.
