Natural teeth have tooth roots embedded in your jawbone that stimulate the bone when you bite or chew. Stimulation is essential for maintaining a healthy jawbone. Without it, your jaw will deteriorate, losing mass and volume.

If your loose denture is in good condition, we may be able to transform it into an implant overdenture. This prosthetic uses four mini implants on the bottom arch and six on the top for retention. Then, inside the base of your denture, we create housings, or spaces for the implants to fit, with rubber O-rings. These rings allow your restoration to “snap” on and off your implants for easy maintenance. If your traditional denture isn’t in good condition, we will fabricate you a new prosthetic that is custom-fit to your jawbone.
