The Implant Bridge Process

In the following video, Brent Bradford, DDS, outlines the process involved in successfully installing dental implants that will support your dental bridge.

When replacing multiple missing teeth with implants, the procedure is tailored to ensure that each gap is adequately addressed. At your free consultation, we’ll begin with a CT scan to ascertain the precise locations for implant placement. After the implants are inserted into these sites, we take an impression of the area. This impression is then sent to a dental lab, where a custom bridge is meticulously crafted to span the space of the missing teeth.

During the period in which your gums are healing and the permanent bridge is being fabricated, we will fit temporary teeth. These ensure that you won’t be without teeth when you leave the office post-implant placement. Once about three weeks have passed and your custom bridge is ready, we will remove the temporary teeth and securely cement your permanent bridge into place. To move forward with restoring your smile, please reach out to us. We’ll set up a time to thoroughly evaluate your situation and discuss the best implant options for you.
