- Non-removable roundhouse bridge: For the highest level of stability and functionality, we recommend a non-removable roundhouse bridge. We cement the roundhouse bridge onto 10-12 mini implants, making it a permanent solution. This is the closest thing you can get to the look and feel of natural teeth.
